Day #4 – 14-Day Sugar Detox

Today – uneventful. I was too busy watching Copiloo to be tempted to try anything haram.

The Florentine Omelet I had this morning was the best breakfast so far. Lunch consisted of a Black Bean and Chicken Salad – quite delish, too, very likely thanks to the avocado dressing. As I think about the snacks I had today, I realize that Saturday is probably the best day for this meal delivery thing. Snack #1 was Chicken with Roasted Zucchini Rounds and Vinaigrette Drizzle. I was disappointed there were only two. Snack #2 – a simple, yet filing and refreshing little bowl of veggies with guacamole.

Since I sfoodled* this detox second day in, I am now a dinner casserole behind, which is great because tonight’s delivery was Scallops and Veggies, and I do not care much for scallops (my bad, as I forgot to mention it on the order form).

Oh, I just realized I’ve forgotten to weigh myself this morning. I suck at logging the data for this detox program.
