Day #5 – 14-Day Sugar Detox

It was a so-and-so day. It seems to me that last time I did this detox with Wholesome2Go the food was better. Now… it could be that, OR… it could be that I am not as mentally prepared for a detox this time around as I was last year. Back then I had 17 extra pounds that I needed to rid of, and lots of prenatal clothes to get back into. Today, on the other hand, it’s just the marsupial pouch that’s a nuisance and, to be honest and as proven by my weak will power to stick to a food regime, it’s not a biggie.

I’ve got two days left, and can’t stop counting down the hours.

The Farmer’s Breakfast and snack 1 – African Chicken Stew were my favorite meals today. Thai Chili Salad with Beef for lunch was okay and so was snack 2 – Butternut Squash Hash. Dinner – Spicy Lamb Ragout with Spaghetti Squash, was my least favorite, because I do not like lamb.
